A sushi bar experience with Chef Davin Waite. Hosted inside Wrench & Rodent Seabasstropub on Monday and Tuesday nights, this limited seating format allows for an up-close and personal experience reminiscent of the early days of Wrench.  Since opening their first restaurant together more than a decade ago Davin and Jess have come full circle, building multiple acclaimed restaurants (and closing a few), only to realize how much they crave the intimacy and connection of a small dining room. Waite & Sea is a hyper-local and hands-on answer to this calling for connection. 

The menu will consist of 12+ courses designed to excite, inspire and challenge diners. For those who crave it, a lively conversation will evolve around the tenets of sustainability featured in the meal, the reverence for cultural tradition embedded in our ethos, and a rally cry for a bold new future of food. Part tasting menu, part food lab, and full of Davin Waite debauchery, Waite & Sea is a rebellious journey in a two hour dining experience.

PRICING & SEATINGS

Each dinner will have 16 seats available. Tickets will run $175 per guest with a optional wine pairing of $50 per guest.
